The type Google is in discussion with PayPal, Visa, MasterCard and others to put in place procedures to cut funding for sites that are financed on the backs of piracy or are considered illegal because outside the jurisdiction US. This is in minds for a long time, but Google seems to want to take action quickly, probably to purify the web of all those cockroaches webmasters infidels living on the backs of others.
