There are many antique furniture scattered through the properties hallway ideas of all the cities, sometimes your look past decades no longer pleases you most and what would be the solution to this problem? Replace the doors would be a major action because immediately change its exterior, which in this case is the most visible. In this post, which also has a video demonstration, I bring a case where I did the replacement of the normal opening doors for sliding doors modern. Worth you checking out!
Enjoy and follow on Twitter andEdemmarceneiro Short Joiner Edem page on Facebook. To begin, I want you to see how was this closet before our work. The cabinet is very old, I think he is the 70 or 80 doors and followed the style of the time. They had frame, had a diamond lattice for ventilation, lock and were installed with hinge pivot (many do not know ...). It was beautiful then, but today really is a bit outdated. see photo of how it was:
Our job was to remove those old doors and put new doors, in order to modernize the closet and consequently the environment. For even better results, put sliding doors instead of opening doors with normal, which meant that we gained more space, considering that the hinged doors occupy nearly 60 cm of the environment at the time of use. The result hallway ideas was excellent!
Let's talk about the service hallway ideas we did. The doors were divided at the time into two parts, with changing the doors were entire floor to ceiling. Like any old building, the ceilings of the apartment is three meters, with that the doors were left with 2.74 m high. The total length of the cabinet is 4.6 m with four divisions were not identical, so with two ports were 1.05 m wide and 1.18 with two wide.
We did all service on MDF and put two strips on each port, which makes an important difference in the aesthetics of the door. The finish of these doors was the PU lacquered white semi-matte and it brought a refinement to the service without equal. All doors have desempenadores door to prevent future buckling of these doors and were installed with sliding system Ducasse CX CD50, supporting doors up to 50 kg. The demo video you will see at the end shows the operation hallway ideas of these doors and you will see how the doors glide easily without much effort, although large doors. See these pictures, the use of sliding doors this cabinet has made the access to the closet to stay freer. Center doors open
Another detail was the handle profile hallway ideas that was installed on these ports. It is set on the side of the door and occupies its entire length. There are two important hallway ideas advantages of using this profile. The first is that the door remains hallway ideas free accessories in your face, giving a cleaner look and this is where the moldings because they do not leave completely smooth door, which would not be legal in my opinion. The second advantage is that the use of this handle profile helps give firmness to the door, which in the case of major ports as these helps.
Watch the Video !! I made this video to show how the result was the replacement of doors and their functioning. The video was not the quality I expected, but it's worth you see, is pretty cool.
I am very careful when I do my work myself look like what I'm doing, so for sure because the customer will also like it, and in this case I quite liked the end result. I hope you have also enjoyed more this service I am brought to the blog and if you want you can also make your comment on this post at the end of the page.
